Postroom Partner

Postroom Partner is an extremely useful scanning facility within Partner for Windows, offering users of TFB's case management solution the ability to scan documents and correspondence directly into the case and document management system. Incoming mail or important documents can now be stored in a workflow and read by those people who have access to the particular file. Relevant partners, fee earners or support staff can be automatically notified by Postroom Partner of a document's arrival, as soon as it is scanned into the system, by automatically sending an e-mail to those parties. This e-mail will include a direct link to the document, enabling the receiver to access it immediately without having to find it in the system
