Having recognised the need to maintain an approach that is proactive to our existing clients, TFB provide several ways for clients to contact the Support Department. Support calls can be logged via phone, fax, email or the Internet -whichever proves most convenient for you. In addition, we have invested in new technology which enables us to log on to your system via the Internet helping you to resolve difficulties directly, as if a member of support team was with you. Many clients are now fully utilising the Client Support Portal, which enables users to log and monitor calls whilst remaining up to date with the latest news from TFB and Partner for Windows. The Portal also offers the opportunity to interact and share knowledge with other users and TFB.
We believe there is a considerable benefit to clients in only having to deal with one supplier for their entire IT requirements. Therefore, we aim to be able to fulfill all of your software and hardware needs. We are also able to provide maintenance on equipment that a practice may have installed previously. As well as offering telephone support, TFB also pride themselves in providing our clients with on site hardware maintenance. Ultimately, we understand the significant investment in time and resources you are undertaking in implementing a new system.
