In addition we have invested in new technology which enables us to logon to your system via the Internet helping you to resolve difficulties directly as if a member of staff was with you.

Client Portal

Many clients are now fully utilising the Client Support Portal which enables you to report and monitor calls whilst remaining up to date with the latest news from TFB and Partner for Windows.  The Portal also offers the opportunity to interact and share knowledge with other users and TFB.
