TikitTFB has recognised the importance of maintaining an approach that is proactive to our existing clients which is why we provide several ways for clients to contact the Support Department. Support calls can be logged via:

These facilities have been set up enabling you to use a method of communication whichever proves most convenient for you. In addition we have invested in new technology which enables us to logon to your system via the Internet helping you to resolve difficulties directly as if a member of staff was with you.
Client Portal
Many clients are now fully utilising the Client Support Portal which enables you to report and monitor calls whilst remaining up to date with the latest news from TikitTFB and Partner for Windows. The Portal also offers the opportunity to interact and share knowledge with other users and TikitTFB.
